Poster can be made in any shape and size and can be a painting, a sketch, digital Graphic production or a wall painting etc.
Theme: The video should focus on promoting the given theme (Healthy Roll Healthy Poll, No Voter to be left behind, Voter Registration, NVD (National Voter Day), PWD Voters (Person with Disabilities), Women Voters, Awareness regarding use of alternative ID for voting, My Reasons to Participate in Election, Ethical Voting, Every Vote Matters, Third Gender Voters, NOTA (None of the Above).
Original Content: All content, including script, visuals, music, etc. must be original or properly attributed. Short film made using only stock footages or graphic will not be eligible
Language: Contents can be in any regional language of Jharkhand, but if not in Hindi or English, then English/Hindi subtitles are required.
Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals or teams of all ages.
Deadline: Submissions must be received by the specified deadline of CEO Jharkhand.
Piracy: Piracy or use of copyrighted material without permission will lead to disqualification.
Judging Criteria: All the contents will be judged based on creativity, message clarity, impact, and production quality.
Rights: By participating, contestants agree to grant organizers rights to showcase and promote the videos in any form as desired by CEO Jharkhand.
Online Sharing: All participants are encouraged to share their videos or content on social media with contest hashtags and tags as provided by CEO Office.
Respectful Content: All content must be respectful and avoid offensive or discriminatory material, unwilling to do so will lead to disqualification.
Announcement: Winners will be announced through the contest platform or notified via email or call.
Prizes: Prizes may vary and could include cash rewards, certificates, trophy or recognition.
Decision: The organizers' decision regarding winners and disqualifications will be final.
The participant shall give a brief description of the entry along with the name, address, and phone number.
The participant shall email the entries along with the details to ceojharkhandcontest@gmail.com. The name of the category of event (Short Film / Reel / Song / Poster) and participant category (Amateur / Professional / Institutional) for which the participant is applying shall be clearly mentioned in the subject of the email.
All entries shall be submitted by 10th April, 2024, on the email id: ceojharkhandcontest@gmail.com
At the end of each phase, participants must upload a screenshot of their social media post/video, clearly displaying the number of likes received. Additionally, they should manually input these numbers at the time of submission over official E-mail: ceojharkhandcontest@gmail.com
